You wanted to process the entire week's paperwork in one go. Today, we are thrilled to introduce our new star feature: **Bulk Delivery Notes Upload & History**. It is a dedicated screen within Tavola designed to process multiple purchase documents simultaneously. You no longer need to upload your files one by one or wait for one to finish before starting the next. Drag and drop 5, 10, or 20 documents all at once. Tavola will digitize them asynchronously in the background while you focus on what really matters: your service and your customers. 1. **Access the dedicated section:** In your Tavola sidebar, navigate to **Operations ➔ Upload Delivery Notes**. 2. **Upload all your files at once:** You will find a clean, modern upload area. Simply drag and drop multiple files or click to select them from your device. We support the most common formats: **PDF, PNG, JPG, and WebP**. 3. **Background processing:** Once the upload begins, the documents are sent to our AI engine. You will see the processing progress in real-time under the **Upload History** tab. You can safely close the tab or continue browsing Tavola; we will handle the heavy lifting. 4. **View the original document:** Need to double-check an AI-processed detail? Now, from each purchase detail view, you have a direct link to **view the original document** (the PDF or image you uploaded) to cross-reference prices or quantities instantly.
