You can simply take a photo of your delivery note or invoice and send it to the chat. Tavola's AI will automatically recognize the products and structure the data for you.
Can I use Tavola with my existing POS?
Yes, Tavola Elite integrates with popular POS systems like SumUp, Square, and Agora. This unlocks real-time inventory tracking and theoretical vs. actual cost analysis.
How does the Voice Stock feature work?
You can update your inventory by speaking to Tavola. For example, say 'two sacks and 300g of flour,' and the AI will automatically convert it to your base units.
What is the difference between the Pro and Elite plans?
The Pro plan includes advanced operations like inventory, purchases, and cost analysis. The Elite plan adds POS integration, sales forecasting, and theoretical stock tracking.
How can I place orders with suppliers?
You can ask Tavola to place orders for you. For example, 'Order enough meat to sell 40 burgers next week.' The AI will generate and send the orders to your suppliers.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, the Tavola Starter plan is free and includes access to the full catalog (Suppliers, Ingredients, Recipes) and the Tavola AI Agent.
How much does Tavola cost?
Tavola has a free Starter plan at €0/month with unlimited recipes, suppliers, ingredients, recipe analysis, and the Tavola AI Agent. The Pro plan costs €45/month and adds automatic orders, 24/7 inventory, and a real-time price engine. The Elite plan costs €75/month and includes demand forecasting, POS integration, theoretical inventory, and task automation.
What does the Tavola free plan include?
The Tavola Starter plan is completely free (€0/month) and includes unlimited recipes, unlimited suppliers, unlimited ingredients, recipe cost analysis, and the Tavola AI Agent to help you with product registration and recipe calculation. You can use it for as long as you want with no time limit.
Do I need a credit card to start the free plan?
No, the Tavola Starter plan requires no credit card. You can sign up in less than 2 minutes and start using Tavola immediately with full access to all catalog features and the AI Agent.

How do I activate the integration with Last.app?
To activate the integration with Last.app, first log in to Tavola and go to Settings → Integrations (https://site.tavola.app/settings/integrations) to copy your Integration Token. Then go to your Last.app administration console, search for "tavola" in the integrations section, and click install. In "integration name" put "Tavola Integration" and in "integration token" paste the token you copied from Tavola.
How do I activate the integration with Square?
To integrate with Square, log in to your Tavola dashboard and navigate to the Integrations page. Under the Square card, click 'Configure' and provide your Square Application ID, Access Token, and Location ID. How do I activate the integration with SumUp?
To integrate with SumUp, log in to your Tavola dashboard and navigate to the Integrations page. Under the SumUp card, click 'Configure' and provide your SumUp API Key and Merchant ID. How do I activate the integration with Lightspeed?
To integrate with Lightspeed, go to the Integrations page in your Tavola dashboard. Under the Lightspeed card, click 'Connect Lightspeed'. You will be redirected securely to the Lightspeed portal to authorize Tavola. Once completed, your sales, outlets, and webhooks will sync automatically.
